Training Consultants
Long- and short-term consultant trainers provide the necessary additional expertise for GHA's programs and courses. Consultant trainers will work in conjunction with the GHA Director of Programs (DP) and Program Managers (PM) in the following areas:

Management and leadership
Project and program planning
Communication/BCC
Community health worker training
Program design, strategic planning, management and evaluation of community-based HIV/AIDS programs
Health management information systems
Health service administration and delivery services
Program appraisal and quality assurance
Qualifications: Interest in working with nonprofit health organization. Minimum 5 years training experience in areas listed above and a Masters degree in a health-related field with a focus on international project/program management, administration and theory. Available for international travel and courses held in Atlanta. Cross-cultural competence to work with staff in other countries. FRENCH or SPANISH FLUENCY REQUIRED.
